DELIVERY TIME

Note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

RETURNS

Within 14 days: Customers may return unused products in their original packaging, including price tags. We may refuse a return or charge a fee if the price tag is removed.

Sweden: Attach the return label to the package that was provided.

Rest of the world: Contact customer service to request a return label.

Refunds: Issued within 14 days post-return confirmation.

From the day you send your package back to us it can take up to 15-18 working days before our warehouse has received and registered the package. Please note that it can take an additional 5 working days before the money reaches your account.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Orders unclaimed post-notification incur a 150 SEK fee plus initial shipping.

CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL FEES

Prices in Sweden and EU include customs duties and local charges

For our Norwegian customers; We use the VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce) which enables you to pay your Norwegian value-added tax (VAT) directly at the checkout. 

Prices outside of the EU exclude customs duties and local charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
